Nico Bezuidenhout
Nico’s career spans a 17 year expertise within the technical Engineering space. He worked within multinational companies as well as a UK-based Oil & Gas recruitment firm servicing the resentments needs of Engineering, Mining and Oil & Gas clients within Africa, Middle East, Europe and South East Asia.
After becoming an EPC Specialist, he was approached by an international oil & gas company to open an EPC division, in which he played an instrumental part in its success.

Nico’s ability to provide spot-on candidates to clients who are looking for rare skills owes in large part to his Engineering background. He holds an Engineering Diploma and is qualified as an Engineering Technologist. He worked in the UK for two years as a Service Quality Manager, looking after the quality of Manufacturing and Service delivery (ISO 9001) in all EMEA countries and had a number of technical teams reporting to him.
During this time, he got involved on the HR side of things. Here he wanted to play a big part in finding quality staff for the various projects he worked. To him, finding the right people is of utmost importance, especially when it comes to technical recruitment within Engineering.
