- Manage the survey requirements for declines, roadways, stopes, buildings, stockpiles waste dumps and all related infrastructure both on surface and underground;

Responsibilities:
- Manage the mine-wide capital portfolio, ensuring compliance with legal and growth project requirements.
- Implement operational plans supporting the company’s strategic objectives and production targets.
- Optimize load-out and logistical processes to improve turnaround times and meet performance goals.
- Develop, implement, ensure compliance with Codes of Practice, Standard Procedures and statutory requirements.
- Supervise the acquisition of equipment, ensuring alignment with operational needs and mine requirements.
- Lead and improve project, operational processes and accuracy aligned with objectives.
- Provide leadership in quality control, quality assurance and the oversight of engineering enhancements.
- Proactively manage environmental objectives and risk profiles while anticipating changes in legislation impacting the business unit.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- National Diploma in Engineering, with a Project Management Professional (PMP) qualification and registration.
- Valid Code 08 (EB) Driver’s Licence.
- 8–10 years of engineering and production experience in a plant or mining environment, with 5 years as an appointed Engineer under legal appointment.
- 2–4 years of managerial experience as a team/project leader or supervisor.
- Multi-disciplinary engineering expertise, with a focus on project execution and optimization processes.
- Experience holding a 2.13.3.1/2.13.1 legal appointment.

- Advanced level on Aggflow or similar package.
- Experience on AX ERP system will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively
