Latest EPC and EPCM Jobs
Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) based projects are popular in the African construction industry. The EPC phase of a project is commonly known as the execution phase which is normally followed by the Front End Engineering Design phase of a project. An EPC project is largely managed by the contractor and the project risks are carried by the contractor and not the owner.
Engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) are different to EPC projects in a number of ways. The project owner contracts other companies who provide construction services usually managed by the EPCM contractor on the Owner’s behalf. EPCM projects are largely managed by the owner and the project risks fall on the owner.
