After suitable candidates have been identified, the CA Engineering team conducts an in-depth face-to-face, telephonic or video Skype interview with the identified candidates. This process ensures that the skills and experience of the candidates meet our clients’ requirements.
On completion of this stage of the recruitment process, CA Engineering introduces the candidates to our clients by forwarding them their CVs, together with a summary of their experience. The recruitment process thereafter is managed from interview stage right through to the successful candidate’s start date.
